What is your shipping Policy?
Original Art purchases will ship within 5 to 7 business days.
Original Art purchases to locations in the continental US and Canada ship by ground using the best available methods.
International customers need to contact me prior to the purchase of any Original Art so I can calculate the correct shipping costs. You may still be required to pay import duties associated with your purchase.
What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds
Original Paintings:
I have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee…I you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of original art, please return it for a full refund. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Artwork must be returned in the original packaging if possible. Please take photographs of the artwork prior to return shipping. I will refund the full amount upon receipt of the returned package.
Fine ART Prints:
Fine Art Print sales are final unless they arrived damaged.
Shipments Arrive Damaged:
If your shipment arrives damaged,
- Contact me immediately
- Photograph the damaged shipping container
- Photograph the damaged artwork
- I will work with you directly to determine the best method to return the artwork
- I will either refund the full purchase price or replace the damaged art
